MAIZY DOUGLAS
I’m Maizy Douglas and I have lived in the Vail Valley for my whole life. I started skiing at Ski club when I was 5 and have been through most of their programs and know how this club navigates. Currently, I am a first-year FIS athlete and a junior at VSSA!
I cant wait to work with everyone!
LARA HUML
I am Lara Huml, originally from Truckee, California.
I have lived in many places like Austria and the Czech Republic. I have many years of experience in the ski racing world since I have three siblings who have all been alpine racers, and I have been on an alpine race team since the age of 5.
Currently, I am a sophmore at VSSA and a second-year U16 at SSCV. .

ZOË HUML
Zoë skied competitively for 13 years out of North Lake Tahoe, Colorado, and in Europe. In 2022 Zoë worked in the Mind & Body Lab in Stanford University Department of Psychology while taking a PG year.
Zoë is currently a freshman at Tufts University.
SIERRA KIM
Sierra skied for the Northstar Ski Team for many years and is currently a junior at University of California Berkeley
ZAZIE HUML
founder
Zazie started Girl Powder in 2017 as she saw the need for mentorship in the female alpine community. The many highlights of Zazie's career include skiing for the Czech National Team, 31st in slalom in the World Championships in Cortina, Italy (2022), SL World Cup starts, and being recruited to ski DI in college.
Zazie is currently a junior at Harvard University.
ELLA FREEMAN
Skiing for Northstar for over 10 years, Ella is a Truckee native. She currently attends UC Berkeley.
